Luis Fernando
Manrique
— Founder & Lic. Real Estate Broker
Luis Fernando Manrique is the Founder and responsible for the overall management of the company. As a longtime Miami resident with extensive experience in the South Florida Real Estate sector, Luis Fernando Manrique has established a vast and comprehensive real estate clientele. Before founding Tier One Realty Advisors LLC, Luis Fernando worked as an Associate for Location 3 Investments, where he helped with business development activities while contributing to the company’s expansion strategy. Prior to entering the Real Estate sector, he played Division I tennis for the University of Miami and later competed professionally. Mr. Manrique is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida. Mr. Manrique holds a Bachelor’s of Science and Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Miami.
